PROJECT BRIEF / The Creative Market project is a 10 days collaborative event held in Sino-Finnish Centre at TongJi University, Shanghai. The Activity is aimed to collaborate with students from Hong Kong, Shanghai, Macau and Taiwan. Participants are required to integrate four places of historial and cultural elements, and to design souvenirs that can be avaliable to promote sales as an entrepreneurship with limited budget within 10 days. O2 DESIGN: THE CONCEPT / O2 landmark planters: We grow our own city! Green initiated DIY Landmark Planters are the creative souvenirs that can be produced and placed to the market. 101 Tower (Taiwan), Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower (Shang Hai), Bank of China Tower (Hong Kong) and the Ruins of Saint Paul's (Macau) are selected for designing the constructible wooden planter using the remaining wooden boards left by the university. Other side products are produced to push the promotion further. For instance, bookmarks postcards and stamped stickers. |
